About the event

Chicken nuggets, fish fingers, chips, pasta, pizza… we’ve all been there. It’s easy to fall back on the foods we know our children will eat - especially when that lovingly made veggie curry gets left untouched. In this supportive, judgement-free session, we’ll explore why beige food becomes the go-to for so many kids, and more importantly, what we can do about it. Hosted by Registered Nutritionist, Chloe, this workshop offers practical, realistic strategies to gently expand your child’s plate with more colour and variety - without mealtime battles. Expect shared experiences, and plenty of tips, tricks, and solutions to help you feel confident about making positive changes.
